Cancellation Policy
1. An initial payment of fifty (50) percent of the total sum is required upon reservation.
2. Sixty days prior to your arrival, the remaining balance will be due.
3. Should you cancel the reservation before sixty days, there will be a ten (10) percent cancellation penalty on the deposit received.
4. Should you cancel within one (1) month prior to your arrival, your cancellation penalty will be twenty five (25) percent on the deposit received. Should we be able to rebook your accommodation, the penalty reverts back to ten (10) percent.
5. In the event of a cancellation within seven (7) days prior to your arrival, no refund will be possible.
6. On last minute bookings (less than 7 days), one night will be charged when cancelled.
We kindly advice you to insure your travel plans in order to avoid any inconveniences that may occur prior to your arrival.
