Reservations You may reserve online using the Online Reservation feature on our website, or by contacting us via phone, fax or email. We can hold your booking 3 working days. During this period the rental agreement will be send to you and has to be returned by fax or by email.
ReservationPolicy A signed rental agreement and a deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is required to secure your reservation. You may call, email or fax to authorize a credit card transaction for deposit; please confirm card number, expiration date, name as it appears on card, amount to be charged and the security code on the back of the card. We accept Visa, Master card, Euro card and Discover. Payment by bank check (please send by registered airmail), swift transfer and Money Transfer is also possible. In this case please contact us for account details. The balance due on your reservation should be cancelled 30 days before scheduled date of arrival.
Check-in and check-out time: The check-out time is not later then 12.00 pm and the check-in time is 16.00 pm.
Taxes, maid service, utilities Tourist tax of 6% is not included, maid service and utilities are included in the prices.
